good hotel with good services and a very varied and rich breakfast (although with very few sweet options). hotel is very well located just a few minutes from the train station and Moomin museum. rooms are new and bed is comfortable.

The experience during check-in could have been better, since the person who attended to us gave us a room on the ground floor, whose window looked directly at the tables of the restaurant/cafeteria, despite having reserved the room several months in advance. We were moved to the first floor as they said the hotel was full, to a room that this time looked out but was in an open corridor to the restaurant, and therefore there was a little noise, which we were warned about but in any case we recommend booking a room on a higher floor, as a 4 star hotel of these characteristics should not have this type of room/problem.

Everything was simply wonderful. The hotel was ideal and exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were polite, thoroughly enjoyed the incredible location close to Tampere sites as well as on lots of bus routes. The service was all in all good...

Personnel was very nice and helpful, the room was clean, the wooden floors, the possibility to keep the window open, fresh feeling to the room and bedding.

Trim paintwork a bit worn out, furniture out dated, showering a bit out dated (shower in the bath, shower curtain, etc).

Perfect location, 10 minutes' walk to Tampere Hall. Based so close to the moomin museum and theatre.

It is in a good place, easy to find and quiet. very comfortable beds:)), friendly staff (even after midnight)

The door in the bathroom can't be shut tightly. You can hear everything that happens inside. It is not convinient

Breakfast featured fresh local berries and sausages.

I stayed in a handicapped-accessible room which was very convenient. The entire hotel seems very accessible -- ramp in front, ramp inside, etc.

The hotel is not far from the city centre (a 10 minutes walk) and offers free wifi

It is not a four star hotel. You will feel on-board an easy-jet fligh. Too basic to be really comfortable. Ugly building, no bath tub etc.

Friendly staff and very quick taxi in the morning.

The coffee was thin and undrinkable.

The breakfast was AMAZING! Freshly baked croissants and a wide variety of toppings made my morning perfect. The room, however, was a bit cramped for my liking. A cozy stay 😊

Fine hotel new and modern. Staff are happy to assist and answer questions. Very spacious rooms in the 7th floor. "Executive rooms" very close to city center. Just 10 minutes walking across the corner.

I liked bathroom and its accessories...good level. Good level breakfast.

Very poor Wifi internet connection. Its not really point to promote wifi connections if you dont have it at all. Disappointing really.. And the parking facility was quite poor.

The Northern Comfort Twin Room was spacious and well-equipped for work, with reliable Wi-Fi and a comfortable working area. The highlight was definitely the breakfast with a variety of delicious local options, including fresh pastries and a selection of organic juices. The location close to the city center made it convenient for my meetings, and the staff provided friendly and efficient service.

Noise disturbances from the street were problematic, impacting sleep quality.

Exceptionally nice adn friendly staff, we got help with all the bookings at other sites, clear directions. The hotel has a very good restaurant, we ate there in the evenings, they have delicious food. Very clean, queit and comfortable rooms. Tea, coffee in the room, ironing board and iron, selection of pillows. Excellent place to stay.
